An Unforgettable Erasmus+ Experience in Madan

Hello, I am Beren TAŞ.

Through KOZ-DER, I took part in the Erasmus+ training course “Don’t Just Scroll, Take Control”, which was held in Madan, Bulgaria between 12 and 22 August 2026. It became one of the most unforgettable 10 days of my life.

At the end of this 10-day experience, I returned home with thousands of new memories, new perspectives, broken prejudices, intercultural knowledge and a much wider vision.

Digital Awareness

Throughout the training course, we took part in various workshops and activities focused on digital literacy, which made the learning process highly interactive.

By working in teams with people from different cultures, we had the opportunity to put theoretical knowledge into practice and witness how different perspectives can meet on common ground.

This process not only helped us develop our awareness of digital issues, but also strengthened our communication, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills through intercultural interaction.

What This Project Meant to Me

For me, this project was not just a training course. Being in the same environment with young people from different countries, producing ideas together, discussing, learning and sharing gave me a lot.

The friendships we built in such a short time, the intercultural exchanges and the moments we shared made this experience even more meaningful for me.
