Tech for Inclusion

Tech for Inclusion is an international Erasmus+ training activity for youth workers and professionals, focused on digital youth work, inclusion, accessibility, and interactive tools.

About the Project

Tech for Inclusion is an international Erasmus+ training activity taking place in Madan, Bulgaria between 15.06.2026 and 25.06.2026. The project supports youth workers and professionals working with young people who face different needs and social barriers, helping them use digital tools in a more inclusive, accessible and effective way.

Participants take part in hands-on work on digital youth work, effective use of online tools, producing accessible content and methods for increasing youth participation. The project treats technology not as an end in itself but as a powerful instrument for social impact, equal access and inclusive youth work.

Core Activities

  • Practical training in digital youth work
  • Working with digital platforms and interactive tools
  • Building skills in producing accessible digital content
  • Adapting online activities to different needs
  • Sharing good practice and experience
  • Developing methods that increase young people’s online and offline participation

Participant Profile

The project is designed for youth workers and professionals active in related fields. Participants are expected to be 18 or over. Participants will join from Türkiye, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, North Macedonia and Hungary.

Three participants are planned from Türkiye. Participants are expected to be interested in youth work, social inclusion, digital tools, training activities or similar fields, and to have the motivation to contribute actively throughout the project.

Accommodation and Meals

Participants stay at Hostel “Chayka” in Madan, in twin rooms with a private bathroom. Rooms are allocated by gender.

Three meals a day are provided. Participants with specific dietary needs — vegetarian, vegan, halal, allergies — should let the organisers know in advance. Participants with a very particular diet, or who need products that may not be available in Bulgaria, may be asked to bring some items with them.

Travel Support

Travel costs are reimbursed according to the Erasmus+ distance band calculator. The project encourages environmentally friendly travel wherever possible, so train travel, car sharing and similar green travel options are worth considering.
