International Friendship and Cooperation Meeting in Kilis

Within the scope of the No More Walls, Europe Calls project, an important meeting was held in Kilis to strengthen international friendship and cooperation.

Vladislav PETROV, President of Life is Beautiful Foundation, Emiliya GEORGIEVA, President of Children with Special Needs Association, Mevlide ÖZKARACA, President of KOZ-DER, Halil ÖZKARACA, Project Coordinator, Mehmet KARAOĞLAN, faculty member at Kilis 7 Aralık University, Osman ERAY, President of Kilis City Council, and our group leaders from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Bulgaria and Türkiye visited Kilis Mayor Hakan BİLECEN in his office.

Thanks Were Expressed for Support and Hospitality

During the meeting, we expressed our gratitude to Kilis Mayor Hakan BİLECEN for his support and hospitality during the programme and concert organised the previous day.

The meeting also focused on strengthening the friendship and brotherhood ties between Kilis and Madan, Bulgaria, as well as developing new cooperation opportunities between the two cities through youth work, cultural activities and international projects.

New Cooperation Steps between Kilis and Madan

One of the most meaningful outcomes of the meeting was the invitation extended by the Bulgarian delegation to Kilis Mayor Hakan BİLECEN to visit Madan in the near future.

We hope that this invitation will become an important starting point for new partnerships between Kilis and Madan, stronger cooperation in the field of youth work and deeper cultural ties between the two cities.
