No More Walls, Europe Calls Participants Visit İstasyon Gaziantep
Participants of the No More Walls, Europe Calls Youth Exchange Project, implemented within the scope of Erasmus+, visited İstasyon Gaziantep, an institution working in the fields of entrepreneurship and digital transformation.
The project brought together 24 young people in total, with 6 participants each from Georgia, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan and Türkiye. During the visit, the participants received information about the centre’s working model, project development activities and approach to inter-institutional cooperation.
İstasyon Gaziantep’s Work Was Introduced
The activities of İstasyon Gaziantep, established in cooperation with Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality, Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce and Habitat Association, were introduced to the participants. The centre’s work in the fields of entrepreneurship, digital transformation, social impact, sustainable development and innovation was presented.
The young participants also had the opportunity to closely examine the process of transforming an idea into a project, bringing it together with relevant stakeholders and creating social impact.
Youth Work and Local Development Were Discussed
During the visit, ideas were exchanged on improving young people’s project development capacities, strengthening cooperation between civil society organisations and local institutions, and exploring the contribution of international youth work to local development.
This visit helped young people better understand entrepreneurship, digital transformation and social impact, while also creating an important learning space on how international youth work can build stronger connections with local institutions.
Thank You
As the project team, we would like to thank İstasyon Gaziantep officials for their hospitality and for sharing valuable information with our participants.
As KOZ-DER, we continue to support activities that help young people develop new ideas, get to know different institutions and become more active individuals at local and international levels.
