Before applying, please review the objectives, membership conditions, rights and responsibilities set out in the KOZ-DER statute.

Association Membership
Your application is evaluated by the Executive Board after all required documents reach the Association.

Complete the form
Download, complete and sign the membership application form.

Pay the entrance fee
Transfer the TRY 250 entrance fee to the account below and write your full name and “Membership Entrance Fee” in the description.

Prepare the application file
Include the signed form, bank receipt, ID or passport copy and criminal record certificate.

Send the documents
Email the documents to bilgi@kozder.com and deliver the original wet-signed form by post or in person.

Wait for the result
The outcome is communicated to you by email within 30 days.

Resignation from Membership
To end your membership, complete and sign the resignation petition and deliver it to the Association.

Fill in the member details, date and signature fields in full.

Deliver the signed original
Send it to the Association by post or deliver it in person.
